Mount Rinjani Volcano is an active volcano in Indonesia, located on the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. It rises to 3,726 meters above sea level, making it the second-highest volcano in Indonesia. Mount Rinjani offers an exploration of beautiful natural landscapes.

HIKING RINJANI LOMBOK LEGAL ROUTES
Mount Rinjani Volcano is accessible through 5 (five) legal trekking routes: Sembalun Trekking Route, Senaru Trekking Route, Aik Berik Trekking Route, Tetebatu & Timbanuh trekking route to Mount Rinjani Volcano’s south summit. These routes are designated by the Indonesian government and were developed with assistance from the New Zealand Government in 1999 in partnership with The National Park. Untouchable Rinjani trekking route south summit 3300m above sea level known as mount Sangkareang that can be done in 2D1N trekking via Tetebatu trekking route south east side of Lombok island. Taking this trip mostly jungle to the crater rim – Tetebatu camp site.
Hiking Rinjani south summit that rise to 3500m above sea level can be done in 2D1N via Timbanuh trekking route that offers the second peak of Mount Rinjani, the incredible crater lake views, real jungle trek & large savanna along the trek up to the camp site konwn as Timbanuh crater rim with beautiful camp site views.
