LEGAL RINJANI TREKKING ROUTE 2024

There are six legal Mount Rinjani trekking routes that you can choose from, depending on which beautiful part of the volcano you want to experience. Each trekking route offers unique trails and breathtaking natural landscapes that will captivate you during your adventure programs. Our company, Muji Trekker Tour & Travel, decided to choose four (4) legal trekking routes that we have surveyed for our clients’ satisfaction: Sembalun, Torean, Senaru, and the South Summit trekking route.

SEMBALUN TREKING ROUTE

Sembalun trekking route Our office is located in the foothills of Mount Rinjani-Sembaluin, and the main trekking route is 1200 m. Taking this trekking route allowed you to experience more nature, culture, agriculture, and other interesting tourist activities you may enjoy before your trek. TOREAN TREKKING ROUTE

Torean trekking route At 600 meters above sea level, we typically complete our clients’ trekking programs, which begin via the Sembalun trekking route. The Torean trekking route offers a beautiful valley, a savanna, and the highest waterfall you might see on your way down or up. If you start your Mount Rinjani Trekking via the Torean Trekking Route, you will end up at the lake on the first day, and on the third day, you will go up to the summit at 3726 m. 4D3N Trekking Start Sembalun Finish Torean

MOUNT RINJANI VIA SENARU

The Senaru trekking route, situated 600 m above sea level, is a popular choice among our clients who wish to explore Mount Rinjani at a lower elevation. This route allows them to reach the Senaru crater rim, which is 2640 m above sea level, and can be completed within 2D1N trekking programs. Taking this trekking route brings more rain forest to the camp site, and you might see the stunning sunset, Baby Volcano, and the majestic Crater Lake from the camp site. We offer a 2D1N Trekking Package to the Senaru Crater Rim.

MT. RINJANI SOUTH SUMMIT

In the South Summit Trekking Route, we offer two summits that you can choose from: Mount Rinjani, the second summit, 3500 m above sea level, and Mount Sangkareang Tetebatu, 3300 m above sea level, that offer an untouched mountain trekking route. This trekking route is not so popular compared to the main summit, 3726. AVAILABLE trekking packages: 2D1N Trekking via Tetebatu and 2D1N Trekking via Timbanuh
