How to book your tour package with Muji Trekker…? We have really simple way to process your Tour Package bookings as following bellow:

STEP 1 BOOKING PROCCES

BOOKING MOUNT RINJNAI TREKKING

Send us e-mail to mujitrekker@gmaill.com or via WhatsApp to +6287777301990 following to these instructions bellow:

  1. Choose the Length Of Rinjani Trekking Programs that you wish to do 2D1N, 3D2N or 4D3N Trekking
  2. Choose the Type Of Rinjani Private Trekking Package Service that you wish to take Standard, Deluxe or Premium package service
  3. We will send you the Customer ID form to process your bookings
  4. We will send you the Booking Confirmations, Invoice and Itinerary
  5. We take 30% of advance payment to process your bookings
  6. Send us the copies of your active passport to buy your National Park Entrance Tickets

BOOKING SOFT TREKKING LOMBOK

Send us e-mail to mujitrekker@gmaill.com or via WhatsApp to +6287777301990 following to these instructions bellow:

  1. Choose the trekking activities that you want to do Pergasingan Hill, Gunung Anak Dara or Wild flower Trip Rinjani
  2. Choose the length of trekking programs that you want to take 1D Trekking or 2D1N Hiking & Camping
  3. Choose the type of trekking package service that you wish to take for 2D1N Hiking and Camping, available: Standard or Deluxe Package Service
  4. We will send you the Customer ID form to process your bookings
  5. We will send you the Booking Confirmations, Invoice and Itinerary
  6. We take 30% of advance payment to process your bookings

BOOKING DAY TOUY LOMBOK

Send us e-mail to mujitrekker@gmaill.com or via WhatsApp to +6287777301990 following to these instructions bellow:

  1. Choose the day tour activities that you want do
  2. We will send you the Customer ID form to process your bookings
  3. We will send you the Booking Confirmations, Invoice and Itinerary
  4. We take 30% of advance payment to process your bookings

STEP II BOOKING CONFIRMED

Arrival details

To make sure everything goes smoothly upon your arrival in Lombok, please kindly provide us your arrival details as following bellow:

Arrival by Flight

Please kindly send us your flight details (Flight Number, Flight Name and Arrival Time), then we can arrange your pick-up service from the airport

Arrival By Fast Boat

Please kindly send us your boat details (Arrival Port Name, Boat Name and Boat Arrival Time), then we can arrange your pick-up service from the Port where you arrive at in Lombok

Already in Lombok

If you are already in Lombok, please kindly send us the details of your location and hotel name, then we can arrange your pick-up service in Lombok

STEP III REVISE AND COMPLETING

  • Once we have all details of we need, we will finalize all your itinerary arrangement and make sure all goes well
  • For any further questions and needs, please feel free to let us know via e-mail or WhatsApp, we are delighted to assist you
  • Look forwards to greats and serve you in Lombok and make sure you have a pleasant time with us

TEREMS OF PAYMENT OF OUR BOOKING TERAMS CONDITIONS

  • The mount Rinjani Trekking package price valid for 1st April – 31st December 2025
  • The price of our soft trekking and day tour package valid for 1st January – 31st December 2025
  • The advance payment should be paid no longer than 24 hours after receiving invoice
  • Once the trekking or tour is confirmed, we require 30% advance payment via International Bank Transfer, Transfer Wise, Revolut or DOKU Payment
  • We are not responsible of any tax’s chare upon the international money transfers
  • The rest of the payment can be made via cash or by card with 3.5% of Indonesian bank transfer fees

CANCELATIONS POLICY:

  • Cancellation immediately after advance payment paid, will be charge 100% of the advance payment to cover our advance service and arrangement.
  • The 70% of payment will be made at our office in Lombok
  • 100% of the full amount none refundable to cancel once the tour commencing or upon the service uses.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Muji Trekker Tour & Travel cover capacity following to the itinerary of your tour or trekking; Transport service, Hotel, Porter, and other items that included in the tour or trekking package price, we do not cover your personal needs or other that not included in the trekking or tour package prices. We have no responsibility for any Loss, Damage, Injured or Death during the trekking or tour activities commencing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We are Highly recommended all of Muji Trekker customer to have their own travel insurance. You are responsibility to arrange your own travel insurance before traveling with Muji Trekker Tour & Travel.
